When I'm in Duisburg, I only buy cakes from Heinemann or Dobbelstein. Best stores. The cakes are just delicious. The champagne truffles are the best chocolates there. The breakfast is also great!

Very tasty and rich breakfast. Muesli with yogurt and 3 different slices of bread. You can choose whether coffee or tea.

After many years in my old hometown, a visit to Heinemann was a must. Still very tasty and you get the feeling as a customer that you are still "worth something".

We have been back at Heinemann for a long time now. The praline cake is really delicious! 😍 the other cakes are ok; edible but mostly unimportant. Then we bought chocolates for a lot of money. We have had almost every chocolate that is sold. The pralines only taste like alcohol. Unfortunately, delicious is different. The only edible pralines are the champagne truffles. We will buy cakes and chocolates elsewhere in the future.

Selected cakes, excellent coffee, tasteful ambience. Unfortunately, I'm too seldom here, but when I do, I enjoy every moment. You can also eat "right". Unfortunately I can't comment on that. As a coffee house, I can fully recommend the pastry shop.

What I really appreciate about Heinemann is the very good breakfast. But you can also have lunch here very well if you like to eat home-cooked food. You can tell that Heinemann values ​​good ingredients. That is the alpha and omega of good food. I don't even need to mention that there are good cakes, pies and sweets here. That's what Heinemann is known for.

Can't get worse 1 call was pushed away 2 call was delivered. Had discussed everything by phone and it was just hung up in the middle of the conversation. Cheek and this CT transfer was very important!

The cake is really delicious and the breakfast is also impressive. If you have little time, just take something sweet home with you. The lovingly designed gifts are always a great souvenir.

Ended up here on a quiet Sunday when the majority of shops are closed in Germany. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice this place. The products in the front of the shop looked brilliant...a wide selection of sweets, cakes and desserts that looked extremely appetizing. We went to the back of the shop to the cafe for a coffee which offered plenty of seating. The service we received was very good. Didn't try the food...however saw a few people ordering food and from what I saw looked very nice. Would definitely recommend for a visit.

A great selection, and it tastes very good. The prices are ok, especially considering the quality. But not just for every budget. To reach by car a little stupid, as there is no free parking. We brought pies here for the first time today and certainly not for the last time. We recommend.

I am regular costumer to the chain. But that time was a little bit disappointing. The cakes were not that much fresh and the cake base was dough !!! The cafe was not well made. The serving technique was not as professional as other branches !!! I am quite disappointed about, I usually expect better.
